The European Mission Observatory (EMO) platform is available to organisations engaged in EU Missions across the Danube Region.
Developed within the HARMONMISSIONS project, the platform serves as a central hub to monitor, support and strengthen engagement in EU Mission policies and funding opportunities. It facilitates transnational cooperation and supports the development of strong project partnerships under Horizon Europe.
Supporting Collaboration under EU Missions
The EMO platform brings together key resources for stakeholders working in areas such as:
- Climate Change Adaptation
- Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities
- Other EU Mission priorities
By integrating funding information, partner search tools, policy updates and knowledge resources, the platform supports organisations throughout the project development process.
Partner Search and Matching Tool
One of the core functionalities of EMO is the Partner Search and Matching Tool, directly linked to individual funding opportunities.
Through this module, organisations can:
- Create and publish their organisational profile
- Present expertise and areas of interest
- Share project ideas and partnership needs
- Search for project partners across the Danube Region
- Express interest in specific EU Mission calls
- Connect with emerging or existing project consortia
The tool provides a structured and transparent environment for consortium building and cross-border collaboration.
